Xu Baozhong, born in 1951 Chengdu, China, is a well known sculptor in China. He graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1977, and finished graduate study in sculpture following advise professor Guo Qixiang in 1983. Mr. Xu is a board member of China Sculpture Institute. He is first class artist certified by China Fine Artist Association. As a former director of sculpture department at Shanghai Oil Painting and Sculpture Institute, he is based at Shanghai and Chengdu.
